Why It's So Important
Liking other Facebook pages as your page let's you promote your business, create networking opportunities and increases your visibility in other communities. When you're liking other pages, keep in mind your audience's expectations and make sure they're related to what your business does. Whether that means they are in the same region, similar businesses, a partner, or supplier.
Once you've liked these pages the content they have posted will appear in your pages news feed, allowing you to share, like or comment on posts, or tag other business or people that may find the content relevant. If you do decide to comment on another businesses post or page, make sure that your comment is engaging and adds to the post. Don't promote yourself on someone else's page, this is the best way to get a comment deleted or get your page removed from their page.
